About this wine
The Shiraz grapes for this wine come from some or all of Paxton’s six McLaren Vale vineyards, totalling more than 80ha, and all certified both organic and biodynamic. The name MV means either or both ‘McLaren Vale’ and ‘Multiple Vineyard’.
Small-batch fermentations include up to 40% whole bunches, following which the wine is pressed to mostly used French and American oak for 12 months maturation before blending and bottling.

Typically, MV Shiraz displays vibrant aromas of blackberries and plum with chocolate and hints of oak, followed on the full-bodied palate by dark, fleshy fruit flavours, integrated oak and supple tannins.
MV Shiraz is a powerful (and affordable) demonstration of why winemakers all over the world are taking up organic and biodynamic farming practices - the resultant wines taste better.
As well as its reputation as one of Australia’s best-value reds, MV Shiraz is also a good each-way bet - drink young or cellar for up to 10 years.

We offer a 30-day returns policy for most items. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a full refund within 30 days of receiving your order.
